OPTIMA TRAINING

Please join CASA of Baltimore County’s Program Director, Dan McEachran, as he gives a refresher on how to use this valuable tool.  Optima is where volunteers keep their notes, contact information, hearing information and a CASA youth’s profile.  CASA supervisors use Optima to stay updated on their cases.  CASA leadership uses the information found in Optima for vital funding and grant fulfillment.  If you are not using it and need to learn how, come out to this training!  Or, come if you just need a refresher.  Please register!
