Welcome to the Pre-service Training for CASA of Baltimore County! Below, you will find each Lesson's online component ("foundational course"), videos, hand-outs and Facilitator information. Many of the sessions have pre-work in a Reflection Question Form, to be submitted before each session.
*PLEASE NOTE: All Pre-Work must be submitted to the instructor by noon on the day of the online session. Below is the schedule of all in-person and online meetings - invitations to each online session will be emailed the day before.

**The FIRST session and BOTH panels (Volunteer & Professional) will be IN-PERSON at the CASA office:
102 W. Pennsylvania Ave., Ste. 101, Towson, MD 21204.
All other sessions will be online via Zoom.
*Please note: For our July, 2026 pre-service training only, all classes will be in-person Monday, July 13th through Friday, July 17th - there will be no prework as all material will be reviewed in class - 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Room #401
For our July pre-service class most days will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a break for lunch in between sessions. Some classes may run slightly over due to participation and discussion. There are lots of food options near our office, but feel free to bring your own lunch - we will have snacks and waters daily. On Monday, July 13th we will provide breakfast; on Friday, July 17th we will provide lunch!
